The Mayfair Table
The jewel of our dining offering, The Mayfair Table presents a modern British menu crafted by our award-winning Executive Chef, drawing on the finest seasonal produce from across the United Kingdom. The seasonal menu is refreshed quarterly, with a daily chef's tasting menu offering the full breadth of culinary artistry.
The wine programme, overseen by our sommelier team, features over 400 labels from the world's foremost wine regions. Private dining rooms accommodating 8 to 24 guests are available for events and celebrations.

The Drawing Room
A quintessentially British experience awaits in The Drawing Room, our elegant lounge serving traditional afternoon tea daily. Finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and preserves, and an exquisite selection of pastries are served beneath the original plasterwork ceilings.
Our selection of teas spans over 30 varieties sourced from estates across Asia and India, complemented by a Champagne menu for those seeking a celebratory touch.

The Summit Bar
Perched atop the resort with commanding views of the London skyline, The Summit Bar is the city's most atmospheric cocktail destination. Our team of mixologists craft bespoke drinks using house-made infusions, premium spirits, and the freshest botanical ingredients.
Light bites, charcuterie boards, and small plates complement the cocktail programme, making The Summit Bar the perfect destination before or after an evening in our entertainment lounge.
